Ingredients

  • 250gm bhendi


  • 2 tsp besan


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp dry Mango powder


  • 1 tsp Salt


  • 1 tsp jeera powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 small onion


  • 3 tsp dry coconut grated


  • 5 6 curry leaves

Directions

  • Wash bhendi and dry ith cloth. Remove front and rare part of bhendi. And long slit bhendi to fill masala
  • In bowl add besan, turmeric powder, chillies powder, salt, dry mango powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, oil, dry coconut and mix well to form masala. Fill this masala in bhendi
  • In kadai add 3 tsp of oil, add onion sliced long and filled bhendi. Cover kadai with lid on medium flame and let bhendi cook on steam
  • After 3 mins add some curry leaves and remaining masala if any and cover it for more 3 mins.
