Serves 4

  • 5tbsp Coriander

  • 18 Garlic Cloves

  • 1inch Ginger

  • 5 Green Chillies

  • 2tbsp Jeera

  • 5 Hard-Boiled Eggs

  • 2tbsp Salt

  • 3tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder

  • 1 Large Chopped Onion

  • 2tbsp Tamarind Pulp

  • 1tbsp Coriander Powder

  • 1tbsp Garam Masala

  • 1/2tbsp Turmeric Powder

    Grind 3tbsp Coriander, 18 Garlic Cloves, 1inch Ginger and 4 Green Chillies along with 1tbsp salt & 2tbsp Water into a fine green paste.

    On medium flame with 1 tbsp oil, add 1tbsp Jeera,1 Green Chilli(chopped) and place the horizontally cut hard boiled eggs. Sprinkle some Salt, Coriander and Red Chilli Powder for taste. Cook on each side for about 2 minutes until golden.

    Remove the eggs and add 1tbsp oil, 1tbsp Jeera in the same pan along with 1 large chopped onion and let it cook until translucent.

    Pour the Green Chilli paste and cook until golden brown. Remember to keep stirring.

    Add 2tbspTamarind Pulp, 2tbsp Red Chilli Powder, 1tbsp Coriander Powder, 1tbsp Garam Masala, 1/2tbsp Turmeric Powder and some Salt.

    Cook for 2 minutes and add 200ml of water. Let it cook until oil is released.

    At this point, add in the eggs and let it cook for about 3minutes.

    Garnish with some Coriander and Red Chilli powder
