Clean the dry fish, remove front and rare part and even fins. In sauce pan add water and bombil.et it cook for 5 mins
In mortar, add garlic, ginger, chillies, curry leaves, jeera and ground them finely with help of pestle.
Once fish is cooked (easily smashed between fingers). Remove the water and smash them using pestle
In kadai, add oil, once hot add pestle masala and let it cook for a minute then add fish, turmeric powder and pinch of salt.
Let the fish cook for 2 mins and serve with rotis
