Wash Poha properly and drain the excess water from it.
In kadai, add 3 tsp of oil, add mustard seeds, jeera, chillies and onions finely chopped,. Saute for 2 minutes till onion becomes translucent.
Add potato finely chopped and groundnuts. Cover with lid and let potato cook.
Once potato is cooked add turmeric powder and mix the masala properly. Add half lemon juice to potatoes and mix
Now add soaked Poha, and mix till all the Poha turns yellow in color and even. If Poha has become dry sprinkle some water and cover with lid to cook on steam
Garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut. Even can add farsan on top or even eat with sambhar.
