Ingredients

  • 4 capsicum chopped


  • 3 medium sized onions 1 cup dry coconut 1 tsp jeera 2 tomatoes 2 green chillies 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp chilli powder


  • 2 tsp butter 2 tsp coriander powder 2 dry chillies

Directions

  • In kadai, add oil, once oil heated add 2 onions roughly chopped, jeera
  • Once onions are cooked add 2 tomatoes roughly chopped and dry coconut
  • Once tomato becomes soft add turmeric powder, chillies and chilli powder, coriander powder and cook for 3 mins on medium flame.
  • Once done cool the mixture and grind it to fine paste. No water required
  • In same kadai, add oil and butter. Once it's hot add the grinded paste and cook till it leaves oil.
  • Add capsicum and dry chillies and 1 onion sliced long and salt. Cook sabji for 3 mins with cover lid on medium flame.
  • Add cream to the sabji and mix sabji properly and let it cook
