In kadai, add oil, once oil heated add 2 onions roughly chopped, jeera
Once onions are cooked add 2 tomatoes roughly chopped and dry coconut
Once tomato becomes soft add turmeric powder, chillies and chilli powder, coriander powder and cook for 3 mins on medium flame.
Once done cool the mixture and grind it to fine paste. No water required
In same kadai, add oil and butter. Once it's hot add the grinded paste and cook till it leaves oil.
Add capsicum and dry chillies and 1 onion sliced long and salt. Cook sabji for 3 mins with cover lid on medium flame.
Add cream to the sabji and mix sabji properly and let it cook
