  • Garlic 1-2 bunches


  • Red chilli 3 medium size


  • Rice 1 bowl cooked


  • Eggs 2


  • Oil 2tbsp

Directions

  • Drizzle some oil in a non- stick pan
  • Smash 2 bunches of garlic and cut the chilli into two add it in the pan and saute until raw smell goes
  • Crack open two eggs and make it a scramble and add the cooked rice and mix it well
  • Ready to serve this dish is a good hungry snack.
  • This is a good combination for non vegetarian dishes
