Ingredients

  • 1 kg Mutton or Lamb (Beef) 3 Garlic cloves (pounded) 1/4 Ginger (pounded) 1 tbsp Olive oil 1/4 cup Nuts (Almonds, Walnuts, Pistachios, Cashewnuts), powdered 1 Onion (chopped) 1 tbsp Cummin powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Blackpepper powder Few Mint leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp Chilli flakes

Directions

  • 1) Put all the rest of ingredients in chopper except oil and mince, chop it and keep in a big bowl 2) Now chop or mince the mince meat one more time, put in the same bowl 3) Add oil, mix it and marinate for three hours 4) Shape in seekh kebabs and put in skewers 5) Can bake or chargrill it 6) Serve with onion rings, lettuce shredds, pitas and hummus
