Peel the potatoes and wash them.
With the help of chips maker, make the chips of them and dip in to water.
After 10 minutes strain the water completely and spread the chips on a thick cotton cloth. So that it can absorb all the water.
You can place them under the fan.
After 10 minutes heat the oil and fry the chips.
Sprinkle the salt and Mix them.
Ready to serve with chutney.
