Keep water for boiling.
Slit the tomatoes from bottom and add to boiling water and also add whole red chillies .
Remove and peel the skin of tomatoes.
Take a grinder and add tomatoes, whole chillies, garlic, sugar and salt and grind it to a smooth paste.
No need to add water.
This chutney can be eaten with chillas, dosa, sandwich, bhel, bhaji etc.
