Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos eggs


  • 1 nos tomatoes


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 2 tbsp processed cheese grated


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Heat one tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies and onions. Saute till golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes, saute for two minutes on high heat.
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder and stir well.
  • Add salt and a little bit of sugar thenseith off and let it cool
  • Break the eggs in a bowl. Add little salt and beat well.
  • Add the prepared mixture to the eggs and mix well. Then add coriander and cheese
  • Heat oil in a pan thenPour the mixture and spread evenly. Cover and cook for two to three minutes in a low flame
  • Carefully flip the omelette to the serving plate .
