Heat one tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies and onions. Saute till golden brown.
Add tomatoes, saute for two minutes on high heat.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder and stir well.
Add salt and a little bit of sugar thenseith off and let it cool
Break the eggs in a bowl. Add little salt and beat well.
Add the prepared mixture to the eggs and mix well. Then add coriander and cheese
Heat oil in a pan thenPour the mixture and spread evenly. Cover and cook for two to three minutes in a low flame
Carefully flip the omelette to the serving plate .
