Ingredients

  • 3 cup rice

  • 1 cup urad dal

  • 6 boiled potatoes

  • 2 finely chopped tomatoes

  • 2 finely chopped onions

  • 1 finely chopped capsicum

    Soak rice and urad dal separately for a night. Rice aur dal ko saaf kr le and grind them together.

    Phir paste ko 4-5 ghante ke liye dhup me rakhde. Dhup me rakhne ke paste double ho jayega.

    Uble aloo ke chheel kr phod de. Sabhi cheeze ek sath rakh le.

    Ab kadhai me tel dalkar medium aanch pr rakh se. Tel ho jane par masala aur aloo dal kar 5 minute tk chalayen. Ab gas band krke aloo kisi bartan me nikal le.

    Ab dosa ke paste me namak swadanusar aur baking soda dale. aur mix kr le.

    Dosa tawa dheeme aanch pr chada de. Aur geele kapde se poch kr tel dale.Ab dosa paste tawe pr dale. Halka brown hone pr palat de. An usme aloo dale aur vegetables dal de aur fold kr de.

    Har bar dosa dalne se pahle tawe ko pani se poch le aur phir tel dale.Itni samagri se humne karib 16 -17 masala dosa banaye h.
