Heat butter and oil.Add jeera and allow to splutter.
Add ginger garlic paste,green chilli saute for a min and add onions,capsicum,tomatoes and all the dry masala cook it for 5mins.
Add tomato ketchup,red chili sauce and paneer cook for 4 mins top with fresh coriander.
Slit the hot dog and nicely fill it with paneer mixture.
Take a pan add some butter,pav bhaji masala,fresh coriander mix it and toast the hotdog for a minute on both sides , top it with mayonnaise. Serve hot with ketchup.
