250 grams gram flour 1/2 tsp turmeric powder(optional)
1 Pinch asafoetida
1/2tsp red chilli powder
2tbsp oil for moyan
Take all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Prepare medium hard dough. Grease extruder & fill with prepared dough.
Now in pre heated oil, press sev from extruder & deep fry from both sides on medium high flame.
Cook frim both sides and remove on kitchen towel.
Once it cools down, store it in air tight jar.
