Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 grams gram flour 1/2 tsp turmeric powder(optional)


  • 1 Pinch asafoetida


  • 1tsp Salt


  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder


  • 2tbsp oil for moyan

Directions

  • Take all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Prepare medium hard dough. Grease extruder & fill with prepared dough.
  • Now in pre heated oil, press sev from extruder & deep fry from both sides on medium high flame.
  • Cook frim both sides and remove on kitchen towel.
  • Once it cools down, store it in air tight jar.
