Seperate the biscuits and cream add the biscuits to a mixi jar and grind them to a powder save the cream
Transfer the biscuits to bowl and gradually mix the milk to it until a thick batter
Take a cake pan and grease it with some butter and pour the batter
Take a large bowl or a pressure cooker and fill quater of it with water place the pan for 5min (only half the batter keep excess)
After 5mins add the cream of the oreo biscuit andadd the excess batter to it and open it after 5min
Heat diarymilk in double boiling method and dont let it melt fully let it be like slightly liquidy and crumby
Seperate the cake from the pan and spread the melted diarymilk on it
Add some decorations or whipping cream for more attractive look
