Soak urad daal overnight.
Grind this soaked urad daal, add water as required to make thick paste.
Add coconut, jeera, coriander leaves and salt to the batter.
Heat oil for frying, and fry the urad daal batter with small balls until golden brown. Once done put the wadas in cold water for soaking
Once the wadas are puffed. Squeeze the water from wadas and place them in serving bowl.
In a large bowl, add curd with some sugar and salt and whisk the curd till curd becomes smooth.
Add this whisked curd in plate for serving over wada, along with chutney and some farsan.
