Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup chopped and blanched spinach


  • 1 tbsp oil for moyan for frying


  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds


  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

  • Blanched spinach and strain excess water.
  • Take a mixing bowl,take flour,spinach,salt,red chilli powder,carom seeds and oil.mix all ingredients well.Now make a semi tight dough.keep on rest for 10 minutes.
  • make lemon size ball and flatten them.Heat oil and fry them by adding 1 or 2 at a time.
  • Serve hot with curd or raita
