1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup chopped and blanched spinach
1 tbsp oil for moyan for frying
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Salt
Blanched spinach and strain excess water.
Take a mixing bowl,take flour,spinach,salt,red chilli powder,carom seeds and oil.mix all ingredients well.Now make a semi tight dough.keep on rest for 10 minutes.
make lemon size ball and flatten them.Heat oil and fry them by adding 1 or 2 at a time.
Serve hot with curd or raita
