Make masala by mixing all the ingredients.add water if needed to make it a paste consistency.
Make cuts on the properly cleaned chicken and apply the paste of masala all around.let it rest for around 10 minutes
Prepare the place to cook by covering with banana leaves and a bamboo stick placed on the centre.
Stick the chicken on the bamboo and tie tightly with a thread
Cover the chicken with a bucket
Cover the bucket with firewood and set flame.
Let the chicken cook for around 10 to 15 minutes
Put out the flame . After 5 minutes Carefully remove the bucket and take the chicken out to serve
