2 big potatoes
2 cup Oil for frying
50 gm chocolate
2 tb sp Chocolate vermicelli for garnish
Peel and wash potatoes. Slice it very thin.dip in cold water for 2 minutes.
Drain excess water and spread chops on Kitchen towel to dry.
Fry in hot oil till golden. Remove on Kitchen towel.
Melt chocolate in microwave or in double boiler.
Dip chips in melted chocolate in garnish with chocolate vermicelli. Set for 5 minutes and enjoy.
