  • 1 cup leftover fried rice

  • 3-4 slices of bread

  • 3tbsp oil


  • In a bowl take leftover fried rice and mash it nicely with hands.
  • Take bread slices and soak in water and immediately remove and press it to remove excess water and add it to fried rice.
  • Mix the mixture well and make small lemon size balls.
  • Take an appe pan and add few drops of oil and keep the balls and cook nicely from all sides till nice golden in colour.
