1 cup leftover fried rice
3-4 slices of bread
3tbsp oil
Directions
In a bowl take leftover fried rice and mash it nicely with hands.
Take bread slices and soak in water and immediately remove and press it to remove excess water and add it to fried rice.
Mix the mixture well and make small lemon size balls.
Take an appe pan and add few drops of oil and keep the balls and cook nicely from all sides till nice golden in colour.
