Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 200 gram soyabean seèds


  • 100 milli sugarsyrub


  • 3 tablespoons curd


  • 50 gram rawa


  • 3 cup ghee for deep fry


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 tablespoon dry fruit for garnish

Directions

  • Soak soak soybean seeds for 4 hrs
  • After 4 hours wash it & remove skin
  • Grind it to fine paste
  • Add curd , rawa & pinch of salt
  • Mix it properly & take a small portion & deep fry until golden brown in ghee
  • Soak them in sugarsyrub for 5 minutes
  • Garnish with dry fruit & serve chilled
