Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 200 gram soyabean se├Ęds

  • 100 milli sugarsyrub

  • 3 tablespoons curd

  • 50 gram rawa

  • 3 cup ghee for deep fry

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 2 tablespoon dry fruit for garnish

Directions

    Soak soak soybean seeds for 4 hrs

  • 02

    After 4 hours wash it & remove skin

  • 03

    Grind it to fine paste

  • 04

    Add curd , rawa & pinch of salt

  • 05

    Mix it properly & take a small portion & deep fry until golden brown in ghee

  • 06

    Soak them in sugarsyrub for 5 minutes

  • 07

    Garnish with dry fruit & serve chilled
