10 green chillies spicy one
1 onion chopped
1 tsp Salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1tsp grated ginger
Take all the ingredients.Finally chop the onion.
Now dry roast green chillies until skin is charred and darkened.Let the chillies roast on low flame.
Take green chillies in a mixer jar and churn coarsely absolutely without water.
Now mix salt to it.add onion and grated ginger.Mix well.
￼ Add lemon juice. usually lemon juice is not included in this recipe but personally I like little sourness in it. it's totally optional to add lemon juice. Ready to serve
