Ingredients

Serves 4

  • For Pidi : Rice Flour 2 cups

  • Coconut grated 1 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Thick Coconut Milk 1/2 cups

  • garlic 2 nos

  • Water 2 cups

  • For pork : pork 1 kgs

  • capsicum 1 nos

  • groundnut oil 1 tsp

  • butter 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • onion chopped 1 nos

  • turmeric 1 tbsp

  • tomatoes 1 nos

  • cream 1 cups

  • garlic 1 nos

  • pepper 1 tsp

Directions

    In a bowl add Rice Flour, grated Coconut and Teaspoon Salt and mix it well.

    Roast ina pan on medium heat till slightly pink in color.

    Boil water with garlic.

  • 04

    Take this water and make soft dough out of the roasted Rice Flour mixture.make small balls out of it.

    Heat water and add grated Coconut and Coconut milk and let it boil

    add the prepared dumplings and cook it down on medium heat till most of the liquid is evaporated.

    For pork: Take pork and season with salt and pepper and capsicum Brown your meat with a little oil

    Melt the butter in a frying pan add onion and season with turmeric and capsicum and cook well.and cream until completely combined.

    Put the chopped tomatoes into a blender with the garlic and blend until garlic is chopped.

    add all ingredients to your wok with the meat and mix and cook for around 40 minutes or until meat is cooked and onion is soft.
