Serves : 4
  • 2 cups for pidi : rice flour

  • 1 cups coconut grated

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cups thick coconut milk

  • 2 nos garlic

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 kgs for pork : pork

  • 1 nos capsicum

  • 1 tsp groundnut oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 nos onion chopped

  • 1 tbsp turmeric

  • 1 nos tomatoes

  • 1 cups cream

  • 1 nos garlic

  • 1 tsp pepper


  • In a bowl add Rice Flour, grated Coconut and Teaspoon Salt and mix it well.
  • Roast ina pan on medium heat till slightly pink in color.
  • Boil water with garlic.
  • Take this water and make soft dough out of the roasted Rice Flour mixture.make small balls out of it.
  • Heat water and add grated Coconut and Coconut milk and let it boil
  • add the prepared dumplings and cook it down on medium heat till most of the liquid is evaporated.
  • For pork: Take pork and season with salt and pepper and capsicum Brown your meat with a little oil
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan add onion and season with turmeric and capsicum and cook well.and cream until completely combined.
  • Put the chopped tomatoes into a blender with the garlic and blend until garlic is chopped.
  • add all ingredients to your wok with the meat and mix and cook for around 40 minutes or until meat is cooked and onion is soft.
