Ingredients

  • chicken legs 5 nos

  • curd 1 cups

  • ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • bengal gram powder 1 tbsp

  • salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Add curd, ginger& garlic paste, salt, and turmeric powder to fresh and cleaned chicken leg pieces and cook them well.

  • 02

    Take a bowl add 2 eggs white&yellow, bengal gram powder,salt and mix them well.

  • 03

    After heating the oil dip the chicken legs in to the egg mix and pour them in to the oil. After deep frying remove them to the serving plate.
