  • 5 nos chicken legs

  • 1 cups curd

  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tbsp bengal gram powder

  • 1 tsp salt


  • Add curd, ginger& garlic paste, salt, and turmeric powder to fresh and cleaned chicken leg pieces and cook them well.
  • Take a bowl add 2 eggs white&yellow, bengal gram powder,salt and mix them well.
  • After heating the oil dip the chicken legs in to the egg mix and pour them in to the oil. After deep frying remove them to the serving plate.
