Smash the boiled potatoes halfway and sprinkle generous amounts of Corn Flour on all sides.
Add 2tbsp of Oil on a Medium flame and fry the Potatoes until golden brown on each side. Flip every 3 minutes.
Mix all the sauces and spices with the Eggless Mayonnaise.
Plate the Potatoes and add the Cajun Sauce mixture on the potatoes.
Garnish with Onion and Coriander
