14 pieces-white bread
1 cup-Roohafza syrup
1 tsp-cardamom powder
1 tbsp-chopped pistachios
1-in a kadhai boil milk. Firstly on high flame and then on low flame. When you see malai in boiled milk remove it from milk and keep it in corner of kadhai. Remove malai from milk like this.
2-When milk reduce to half add cardamom powder and mix all malai in milk that you kept in corner of kadhai. Remove from heat and cool down in room temperature.
3-now cut the all bread pieces in round shape with the help of glass or katori. Take one piece bread and dip this in Roohafza syrup and keep it in a plate. Spread prepared malai upon bread. Again keep another piece of Roohafza diped bread upon malai .
4-Spread some chopped pistachios on top of the bread. Make all bread malai cake like this and serve.
5-you can keep it in fridge and serve chilled.
