Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup rava


  • 1/2 cup maida


  • 1/2 cup rice flour


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder (optional)


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves


  • 1 small onion (optional)

Directions

  • In a large bowl add all the above ingredients and mix well
  • Add water to make the batter. Batter should be free-flowing not thick like idli batter
  • Heat a pan and brush the oil, pour the batter and cook the dosa to make it crispy and light golden
  • Serve with chutney or ketchup
