Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken 250 gms

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • chilly sliced 2 nos

Directions

    Clean wash and cut the chicken as cubes.

  • 02

    Add all the other ingredients give above to chicken and mix well. Add few drops of water if required.

    Mix well so it is nicely combined.

  • 04

    Heat oil in kadai and cook the chicken till crispy and golden in color.

  • 05

    Serve hot chicken kondattam.
