3 cups tender jackfruit (boiled in very little water along with salt n turmeric, shredded)
2 nos crushed red chilly
2 tsp oil
1/4 cups shalots
Directions
In a pan, heat oil. Pop the mustard seeds. Add the sliced onion and saute well
add the cooked and shredded jackfruit. and let it stay for two minutes.
Take off the flame and delicious tender jackfruit stir-fry is ready .
