  • 3 cups tender jackfruit (boiled in very little water along with salt n turmeric, shredded)


  • 2 nos crushed red chilly


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1/4 cups shalots

  • In a pan, heat oil. Pop the mustard seeds. Add the sliced onion and saute well
  • add the cooked and shredded jackfruit. and let it stay for two minutes.
  • Take off the flame and delicious tender jackfruit stir-fry is ready .
