Ingredients
Serves 4
2 boiled potatoes finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 small capsicum finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp red chilli powder
8 slices bread
1/4 tsp chaat masala
Directions
Chop all veggies and keep ready.
In a bowl mix all veggies and add salt, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup, and chilli sauce and mix well.
Take a bread slice and apply mayonnaise and keep the vegetables mixture.
Take another bread slice and apply mayonnaise and cover the sandwich. and cook on a non stick pan by adding little oil. Cook from both the sides till nice golden in colour.
Serve hot with chutney of ur choice.
