Ingredients

  • 4-5 ripe avocados


  • 3 tbsp sugar-free powdered sugar


  • 3 tbsp cacao powder


  • 1 dash non-dairy milk


  • 1 dash vanilla extract (optional)


  • 1 dallop wipped cream to garnish (optional)


  • 1/4 cup fruit to garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend. If the pudding is too lumpy, add more non-diry milk and blend again. Serve immediately for 2, and garnish it the way you like, or refrigerate for up 2 days.
