4-5 ripe avocados
3 tbsp sugar-free powdered sugar
3 tbsp cacao powder
1 dash non-dairy milk
1 dash vanilla extract (optional)
1 dallop wipped cream to garnish (optional)
1/4 cup fruit to garnish (optional)
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend. If the pudding is too lumpy, add more non-diry milk and blend again. Serve immediately for 2, and garnish it the way you like, or refrigerate for up 2 days.
