  • Potatoes -4

  • Onion 1

  • Greenchillies 2

  • Mustard 1 tsp

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder 2tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1tsp

  • Urid dhal 1 tbsp

  • Water 2 cup

  • Oil 1 cup

  • Asafetida powder 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • Gram flour 1 cup

  • Boiled egg 4

    Cut the potatoes into small pieces and put it in the pressure cooker add required amount of water, salt, and 1 tsp of turmeric powder and close and boil upto 3 whistle . When pressure e is gone take tha potatoes out and mash it and keep aside

    Now take a pan and heat it and add 1 tbsp of oil and add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tbsp of urad dhal and saute it,. Then add finely chopped ginger and green chillies. Saute well. Add finely chopped onion, add salt as per taste and saute well when it turnd golden brown add the mashed potatoes and mash it and saute well the keep aside

    Take an egg and cut it into 4 equal parts and coat each single piece of egg the aloo mixture.

    For the batte, take a bowl, add one cup of gram flour, add red chilli powder 1 tbsp, add salt as per taste, add a pinch asafetida add required quantity of water and mix it into a texture for dosha batter.

    Heat a pan, and add oil for frying ., when oil gets heated add the dumplings by dipping it in the batter and then put in the oil and deep fry it. Serve hot.
