In a large bowl, add cabbage, carrot, salt, chilli powder, maida and mix the ingredients properly and form small balls.
Heat oil for frying the Manchurian balls and fry them on low flame
In a small bowl add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, salt, and half glass of water. Mix the sauce properly.
In kadai add oil, ginger, garlic, onion, capsicum and prepared sauce mixture
Cook masala for few minutes and add the fried balls and stir them
