Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups grated cabbage


  • 1 grated carrot


  • 3 tsp maida


  • 2 tsp Salt


  • 2 tsp chilli sauce


  • 2 tsp soya sauce


  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 capsicum


  • 1 onion


  • 2 tsp chopped garlic


  • 2 chilli slited

Directions

  • In a large bowl, add cabbage, carrot, salt, chilli powder, maida and mix the ingredients properly and form small balls.
  • Heat oil for frying the Manchurian balls and fry them on low flame
  • In a small bowl add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, salt, and half glass of water. Mix the sauce properly.
  • In kadai add oil, ginger, garlic, onion, capsicum and prepared sauce mixture
  • Cook masala for few minutes and add the fried balls and stir them
