Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 5 boiled potatoes


  • 1 sliced onion


  • 2 whole dried red chiliies


  • 1tsp jeera


  • 7 cloves of garlic


  • 1 tbsp grated ginger


  • 1/2 tbsp salt


  • 1 tsp haldi powder


  • 1tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Mash the boil potatoes and keep aside
  • Keep remaining ingredients ready.
  • In a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and add jeera,grated ginger and crushed garlic and saute for 2 mins.
  • Then add whole red chilies and sliced onions and saute till it turns pinkish in colour.
  • Add haldi powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well.
  • Add salt to mashed potatoes and add to the masalas.
  • Mix everything well and cook for 3-4 mins.
  • Off the gas and add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Serve with Roti.
