Cut the boneless breasts into thin strips, chop the garlic into pieces.
Marinade with butter/oil, honey, garlic, soya sauce, basil and pepper. Tip - of you have fresh basil, use it when cooking the chicken and keep some for garnish.
Let is rest for about 20-40 minutes
Careful with the salt, the soya sauce will make it salty too
After 40 minutes, add some oil to a non-stick pan and heat
Cook the strips of chicken 2-3 minutes on a medium flame each side. If using fresh basil, add it now.
The chicken breats will get a nice brown colour from the meat cooking and also from the honey carmelising
Serve hot and garnish with fresh basil and sesame seeds
