Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 large size potato


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1 tsp oregano


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Peel off potatoes and cut into halves. Again cut these into two halves.
  • If wadges are thick, again cut into halves
  • Soak it into water for 10 minutes
  • In a large vessel, keep water to boil. Add 1/2 tsp salt and potato wadges into it.
  • Remove it from water after 2-3 minutes. Drain the water completely.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt, corn flour, chilli flakes and oregano over it
  • Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree for 5 minutes. Transfer the wadges to air fryer and fry it for 10 minutes at 180 degree.
  • Serve along with tomato ketchup
