Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 3 large size potato

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

    Peel off potatoes and cut into halves. Again cut these into two halves.

    If wadges are thick, again cut into halves

  • 03

    Soak it into water for 10 minutes

  • 04

    In a large vessel, keep water to boil. Add 1/2 tsp salt and potato wadges into it.

  • 05

    Remove it from water after 2-3 minutes. Drain the water completely.

  • 06

    Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt, corn flour, chilli flakes and oregano over it

  • 07

    Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree for 5 minutes. Transfer the wadges to air fryer and fry it for 10 minutes at 180 degree.

    Serve along with tomato ketchup
