In a big bowl take wheat flour, jowar flour, oats, and semolina.
Add all masalas and salt to taste
Add finely chopped onion, chopped tomato, grated ginger.
Add water and mix well and make thick batter.
Keep it covered for 10 mins.
Add more water and make a batter.The batter should be flowy.It should not be too watery.
It should be like idli batter.
Take a nonstick pan and put few drops of oil and pour some batter with the help of spoon and spread it evenly and let it cook on low flame.
Once done flip and cook from other side too
Serve with chutney of ur choice.
