Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1 cup jowar flour


  • 1 cup oats


  • 1 cup semolina


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 2-3 green chillies finely chopped


  • 1 tsp carom seeds


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp jeera powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 -3 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp finely chopped tomato


  • 1 1 /2 cup water


  • 3 -4 tbsp oil

Directions

  • In a big bowl take wheat flour, jowar flour, oats, and semolina.
  • Add all masalas and salt to taste
  • Add finely chopped onion, chopped tomato, grated ginger.
  • Add water and mix well and make thick batter.
  • Keep it covered for 10 mins.
  • Add more water and make a batter.The batter should be flowy.It should not be too watery.
  • It should be like idli batter.
  • Take a nonstick pan and put few drops of oil and pour some batter with the help of spoon and spread it evenly and let it cook on low flame.
  • Once done flip and cook from other side too
  • Serve with chutney of ur choice.
