Firstly take a otas dry roast 3 or 4 min and blend it make a fine paste keep it aside.
Meanwhile grease the idli mould with some oil or ghee.
Heat the tdka pan with 1tsp mustard oil add cumin, green chilli crinkle once keep it aside.
Now take a large mixing bowl put all given ingredients except oil and pour the tdka add some little water mix it properly with spoon make a smooth consistency batter cover and rest for 30 min keep it aside.
Now heat the steamer take idli mould pour the prepared batter and steam for 10 to 12 min on medium flame.
Now turn off the flame and cool it then demould and serve with green chutney or coconut chutney
Now it is done.
