Ingredients

100 gram soak sago ( sabudana) in water for 4 hours
2 medium size onion finely chopped
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2cup cashew nut
As needed fresh curry leaves( 12)
1 tsp lime juice
1 green chilli finely chopped
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 chaat masala powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp cooking oil
To taste salt.( 1 tsp.)

Directions
Firstly take soaked sago strain and wash 5 or 6 time bcz remove extra starch.
Heat the pan with 1 tsp oil add cashew nut,peanut roast it 5 min on lower flame transfer in a bowl keep it a side.
Add same pan 1 tsp oil then add ginger and green chilli stirring 40 seconds add onion saute till it becomes change nice pinkish colour.
Add sago and given all spices, curry leaves, to taste salt, lime juice, roasted dryfrurits stir and mix it properly on medium flame. stir it 3 or 4 min.
