Serves : 3
  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 3 tbsp jaggery

  • 1/2 cup ghee

  • 1+1/2 cup water

  • 1 tsp Dry fruits


  • Add jaggery to water and heat it do that jaggery will be melted completely.
  • In a pan add ghee. Add flour to it and keep roasting on low heat.
  • Keep roasting till flour turn out fluffy and changes the color.
  • Now jaggery water to it. And keep stirring. Flour should absorb all the water.
  • Add dry fruits on top.
