  • 150 ml milk

  • 1 cup sago

  • 2 cup musk melon

  • 1 cardemon

  • 4 tsp sugar

    Wash sabudana properly. Soak it in water for two hours. Water will be absorbed and sago will be puffed up.

    Take half portion of musk melon to mixer jar, add cardemon and crush it to a puree.

    Coat remaining musk melon pieces with little sugar.

    Keep the milk to boil. Add sugar. Once it starts boiling, add sago and let it cook till soften up.

    Now the milk will be thiken up and sago will turn translucent.

    Let it cool down completely.

    Fill half portion of serving glass with sago milk. Then pour musk melon juice. Add few musk melon pieces on top.
