Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 cup idli batter

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 green chillies

  • 2 tsp coriander chopped

  • 3 tsp oil

Directions

    In idli batter mix salt, chopped green chillies and coriander and mix well.

  • 02

    Grease the appe pan using little oil. Pour the batter add let it cook from one side.

  • 03

    Now turn over it and let it cool from other side also. Brush it with little oil if required while cooking.

  • 04

    Serve it with coriander dhaniya chutney.
