Clean khajoor, remove seeds and chop it. Break the biscuits into small pieces using hands.
In a pan, add ghee. Keep it on low flame and start roasting khajoor
Keep on roasting it till it becomes lump. Now add biscuits dry fruit powder and mix well
Spread it on a thick plastic sheet and roll it alongwith sheet. Give it a shape of tight roll.
Cover it using aluminum foil and keep it in fridge for half an hour.
Remove it from fridge, remove the foil and cut it into rolls using sharp knife.
