  • 1+1/2 cup khajoor

  • 6-8 marie biscuit

  • 1/2 cup crushed dry fruits

  • 2 tsp ghee


  • Clean khajoor, remove seeds and chop it. Break the biscuits into small pieces using hands.
  • In a pan, add ghee. Keep it on low flame and start roasting khajoor
  • Keep on roasting it till it becomes lump. Now add biscuits dry fruit powder and mix well
  • Spread it on a thick plastic sheet and roll it alongwith sheet. Give it a shape of tight roll.
  • Cover it using aluminum foil and keep it in fridge for half an hour.
  • Remove it from fridge, remove the foil and cut it into rolls using sharp knife.
