Keep the milk to boil.
Once it starts boiling, add vinegar. Now milk will start cuddling. remove it from the flame after few minutes. Keep stirring meanwhile.
When you see that whey started seperating from milk, strain it using maslin cloath.
Let the water drain completely. Now paneer is ready.
Wash the paneer using clean water once so that whatever sourness presents it will be removed.
Now transfer it to a plate and start kneeding it. Keep kneeding it for approximately 10 minutes. Now paneer will become soft.
Make equal size of balls using this paneer.
In a vessel add sugar and water and keep it to boil. Add cardemon in it.Once it starts boiling, add all the balls one by one which we have prepared.
Boil it for 7-8 minutes.
Now balls will be puffed up by soaking sugar syrup.
Let it cool down completely. Garnish it with saffron and serve it.
