Grind tomatoes, green chilly and ginger to a fine paste
Wash rice
Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed kadahi and add jeera as it turns brown add turmeric powder and tomato paste
Cook it nicely than add boiled chickpea and cook for a couple of minutes
Than add four cups of water (if you are making in pressure cooker than add three cups of water ) and mix it
As it starts boiling add rice,masala and salt and mix it
Cover it and let it cook
Check rice if it is cooked than switch off the flame and let it kept covered for 2 minutes
Now its ready to serve...You can serve it with curd or raita
