Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 chicken breasts


  • 2 tomatoes, sliced


  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning


  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 block fresh mozzarella cheese


  • 1 tsp salt or to taste

Directions

  • Wash and drain chicken. Pat dry with kitchen napkin.
  • Give horizontal cuts to chicken without cutting them through and through.
  • Rub the seasoning, salt, and oil well with chicken.
  • Cut the cheese in rounds. Place each piece of cheese and tomato in the cuts given in the chicken.
  • Preheat oven to 425 deg F for 10 minutes.
  • Line baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange chicken on the parchment paper. Place remaining cheese over the chicken.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Serve immediately with salad on the side.
