Wash and drain chicken. Pat dry with kitchen napkin.
Give horizontal cuts to chicken without cutting them through and through.
Rub the seasoning, salt, and oil well with chicken.
Cut the cheese in rounds. Place each piece of cheese and tomato in the cuts given in the chicken.
Preheat oven to 425 deg F for 10 minutes.
Line baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange chicken on the parchment paper. Place remaining cheese over the chicken.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve immediately with salad on the side.
