Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken thighs


  • 2tbsp Garlic powder


  • 2tbsp Onion powder


  • 2tbsp Salt


  • 2tbsp Pepper


  • 1tbsp Lemon


  • 5tbsp Oil


  • 2cubes Butter


  • 1cup Honey


  • 1tbsp Soy sauce


  • 2tbsp Red chilli Sauce(optional)


  • 1tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds


  • 1tbsp Spring Onion

Directions

  • Make slits on the chicken and mix it well with the spices.
  • On a medium-high flame, start frying the chicken with 5 minutes on the first side and 3 minutes in the second. An additional 5 minutes on medium-low covering it with a lid.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan onto a tissue paper to absorb the oil. Clean the pan.
  • In the same pan, melt some butter. Once it starts foaming, add in the honey,chilli sauce and soy sauce.
  • After about 3minutes,when the sauce starts foaming, add in the chicken and let it cook for another 3minutes until the sauce is almost flowy.
  • Garnish with some sesame seeds and spring onions.
