Make slits on the chicken and mix it well with the spices.
On a medium-high flame, start frying the chicken with 5 minutes on the first side and 3 minutes in the second. An additional 5 minutes on medium-low covering it with a lid.
Remove the chicken from the pan onto a tissue paper to absorb the oil. Clean the pan.
In the same pan, melt some butter. Once it starts foaming, add in the honey,chilli sauce and soy sauce.
After about 3minutes,when the sauce starts foaming, add in the chicken and let it cook for another 3minutes until the sauce is almost flowy.
Garnish with some sesame seeds and spring onions.
