Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 nos sphagetti,fistful


  • 4 nos large onion


  • 3 nos tomatoes


  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese


  • 1 tsp mixed herbs


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 nos amul cheese slice


  • 2 tsp pasta masala


  • 2-3 nos mint leaves


  • 12 nos garlic cloves ,finely chopped


  • 2 tsp chili flakes


  • 2 tsp oregano


  • 4-5 tsp milk

Directions

  • In A Pan Bring Water To Boil And Add Salt With Few Drops Of Olive Oil. When Water Starts Boiling Add Spaghetti.
  • Cook It Till Al Dante. And Remove Out Of Water To Prevent Over cooking.
  • Sauce: Add Butter , Olive Oil In Pan Add Garlic. Stir Till Garlic's Raw Smell Goes Away.
  • Use The Water We Boiled Sphagetti In, To Parboil Tomatoes.
  • Till Then Add Onions To The Pan And Let It Turn Translucent. Add Salt .
  • Take The Tomatoes And Deskin It, Grind To Smooth Paste And Add Into The Pan.
  • Let It Simmer For 5 Minutes. Wait Till Oil Separates.
  • Add Oregano , Mixed Herbs, Chilli Flakes, Parmesan Cheese.
  • Add Milk To Make Sphagetti Tender And Soft.
  • Add The Sphagetti And Cook For 5 More Minutes.
  • Add Pasta Masala And Amul Cheese And Cover The Lid
  • Drizzle Olive Oil And Garnish With Mint Leaves.
  • Tastes Better When Accompanied With Garlic Bread.
